All HOTS4POTS ceramic items are handcrafted in Marlboro, NJ. Each piece is made in small batches causing variations in form and finish to occur amongst each unique, handmade piece. Variations may include but are not limited to color, texture, and size. All items are food safe and made with non-toxic materials unless stated otherwise. Items are dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to properly care for your piece. Made to order items take approximately 4-5 weeks to create and ship. All items are subject to longer production times due to the delicate and particular process in which they are created. All purchases are final.
Are your pieces dishwasher/microwave/food safe?
Yes! All pieces unless noted are dishwasher and microwave safe. Although hand washing is recommended whenever possible to extend the life of the piece.
*Any piece with gold luster should not be microwaved
The item I want is sold out, will you make more?
I cannot guarantee that a sold out item will be restocked, but please feel free to sign up for back in stock notifications under the product page, or email email@example.com to inquire about future pre-orders or restocks.
Also, if you join the mailing list, you will receive email updates regarding restocks, sales, and launches.
When will my order be fulfilled?
I aim to fulfill your order within 7-10 business days after the order was placed.
For items marked as *Pre-orders, please expect your order to be fulfilled and shipped out around the date stated on the product page.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since HOTS4POTS is a small, independent business, all orders placed will be a final sale. I don’t accept returns or exchanges on ceramic pieces currently. Each item is unique & handmade so there will be slight variations from piece to piece. Thank you for understanding. Pieces that arrive damaged are the exception.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
If a piece arrives damaged, please provide photos of the damaged item and the box it came in (inside & outside photos)* + contact me via email within 3 days of delivery. Because I produce in such small batches, I can't guarantee an exact replacement immediately. For example, one month I'll throw in tan clay, the next black and white. Sometimes, I'll be using a new black glaze. Because of this, I offer 50% store credit toward future orders. Thank you for understanding.
